The PCCT Nominating Committee would like your help!
Not only do we need to nominate PCCT’s next dynamic class of elders and deacons, this year we have the important work of nominating the Pastor Nominating Committee (PNC) who will be responsible for calling our next Senior Pastor.
We are currently gathering names of members whom we’ll consider extending an invitation to share their gifts and talents with our congregation. We are looking for a few good leaders and thoughtful decision makers (Elders), and caring and compassionate members (Deacons) who are willing to give of their time to guide and serve the future of PCCT.
Likewise, we are considering whom to invite to serve on the Pastor Nominating Committee (PNC). A successful PNC will represent all members of our church. We are looking for those who have been members for a long time, and those who have joined in the last few years. We need members both young and old, empty nesters and those with young children. We need to represent members who are involved in the music programs, mission programs and youth programs, those who are “Chathamites” and those who live outside of Chatham. We have an exciting opportunity before us to call a new Senior Pastor to PCCT who will lead us forward over the next few decades.
How can you help? If you think someone you know would be perfect for one of these roles, let us know! Perhaps you would like to nominate yourself? All submitted names will be considered.
